5. Bonuses, Promotions and Bonus Policy

Our ICE36 Casino offers two separate welcome bonuses, both requiring a minimum first deposit of £10. Non-deposit bonuses carry a maximum win or withdrawal cap of £100 or twice the bonus amount, whichever is larger, with any amount exceeding this removed. All free spins, free bets, free bingo tickets and golden chips expire within 24 hours.

5.1 Cancellation and Forfeiture

If you cancel an active bonus, the action is irreversible. Any reinstatement, if granted, restores the full wagering requirement regardless of prior progress. Withdrawing while a bonus is active requires you to cancel the entire bonus balance, including any winnings accrued from it. Where a bonus expires or is cancelled with incomplete wagering, we will remove all associated winnings, including any pending or unclaimed winnings from games played while the bonus was active.

5.2 Irregular Play

We define irregular play as any of the following activities conducted in connection with a bonus: low-margin betting, equal betting, zero-risk or hedge betting used to exploit bonus terms; materially changing bet size, game type, or bet structure after increasing the balance; using any betting system or placing even-money bets on baccarat or roulette; or wagering in one currency then switching to a stronger currency before an award is credited. We reserve the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings in all such cases.

6. VIP Club and Loyalty Programme

Our ICE36 VIP Club operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Red Diamond. Monthly VIP points determine your tier, with the conversion rate rising from £0.50 per 100 points at Bronze to £4.00 per 100 points at Red Diamond. We evaluate the activity status of all members every month, and your tier may be adjusted downward if your activity has decreased. VIP benefits include a special monthly bonus, faster payouts, a personal account manager, exclusive events, and a birthday bonus.

Access to our VIP programme is by invitation only. VIP account management benefits are subject to both initial and regular assessment of your financial circumstances.
